The Educational Justice Journal

2023 Educational Justice Conference Special Edition

ISSN 2642-8660

The concept of educational justice has garnished global support over the past ten years. Educational justice gives academicians a chance to review, analyze and correct the inequities throughout the education system from Pre-K to graduate degrees. Our youth deserve quality teachers, environments and curriculum that will prepare them for the future. As we embark on the journey for educational justice, I encourage everyone to self-reflect as to personal stories from family members, friends and others that you have heard regarding educational justice. For it is time for us to uncover the trauma created by the injustice around education and provide culturally responsive corrections for the community.  Now more than ever, we need advocates for educational justice and the children that these inequities have affected.  We cannot have social justice without true educational justice. Please enjoy this issue of the Educational Justice Journal and follow us on social media (Facebook: Educational Justice Journal) for future educational justice projects.
